Dental fillings

My dentist, Paul Cassidy, is so careful, gentle, friendly and a very good communicator. Although I am quite a new patient and have been nervous about changing my dentist after being with my previous dentist for over 25 years until his retirement, Paul has made me feel very comfortable and has increased my confidence during the time that I have been seeing him. I will always be a nervous patient but I am very pleased that I chose Oakmead.

Experience of previous female dentists at Oakmead have not been satisfactory - poor skills bordering on brutality doing extractions - but this time a new dentist Ailish Redmond was an exception proving to have a very good bedside manner, explained everything, listened and was very competent - totally different to earlier female examples found here.I would willingly be seen by her again.

As a long term patient I am know and trust this particular dentist. The receptionists and dental nurse were efficient and caring.

An easy experience

I attend this clinic as Andy was recommended to me as an empathetic dentist. Like a lot of people I become incredibly nervous about attending the dentist but Andy now is able to put me at my ease.

I have been a patient at Oakmead for about 20 years .I would not go anywhere else .Andy and his team continually exceed my expectations .They run a fantastic business model in very difficult times and I appreciate the care they all give me every time I attend whether it’s for check up ,hygienist ,treatment ,implants .From the reception through to the nurses and Andy ,Paul and Debbie the service is exceptional . Rare to find a brilliant ,up to date efficient dental practice with highly qualified individuals in the present climate .I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist .I drive miles to get there as live on South Coast ,but so worth the time . Outstanding .
