The dentist and dental nurse reassured me entirely when I was clearly very nervous, couldn't fault them at all during the experience!

An excellent clinician with whom I feel totally relaxed. Should he retire before I do, then my remaining teeth will fall into utter decline and perish.

All the staff are friendly, and Mr Hopkins, dentist, always puts one at ease, explaining everything as he proceeds.

That I am approaching 80, I am complemented regularly on how nice my teeth are, I put that down to how well my teeth are looked after by all at Oakmead. I have attended this dentist for years with this sort of care why wouldn’t I be Highly Satisfied.

All the staff dear with me with kindness and professionalism. All aspects of my treatment were explained clearly and in detail. Paul Cassidy is a brilliant dentist and Sophie his nurse is always reassuring.

I have recently moved home and wanted to reschedule my clean and dental check ups in futire on Tuesdays, as this is the day I work in the area.The reception team were so helpful they changed my address and advisd me that although cirrently there is no hygenist in on a Tuesday, they plan to make me an appointment for when this is possible and this was so helpful, I was very grateful as I like this practice and wish to remain a patient. However, I am only in the area every Tuesday. Thank you ladies for all od your assistance.
