I had an issue causing me discomfort and the Dr and nurse duplicated I needed to get to the source of it and did so with care and expertise.

Mr Hopkins always greets you warmly.Takes his time to check your teeth and always explains what he is doing.Gentle ,never rushing the appointment.Doesn't make you feel that you would never come back to the clinic.Lucky to have him.

Was let down by last minute cancellation by Hygienist for long arranged appointment for Sat 6/12/25. Helpful admin staff helped find alternative appointment for 2 days later with Jenna. Was very pleased with her care and professional attention.

My treatment was, as always, carried out considerately and professionally. I felt I had had a thorough checkup and that my teeth had been provided with excellent care.

Everyone was so helpful to.me. I am 94 and had an emergency. A back tooth had fractured and exposed a metal pin.Paul gave me good advice and covered the pin with a strong filler excellent result thank.you so much.

All the staff members (Receptionist, hygienist, nurse and Dr) I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. It’s a relaxed atmosphere that I appreciate.

All staff are lovely. My daughter was booked for an extraction. She was put at ease as was a little nervous. The nurse was lovely, everything was explained. The procedure was pain free for her and she was even laughing afterwards

I have used Oakmead for sometime and am very happy with the service and treatment at all times.

Everyone is so polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt cared about and for and the Dentist - Paul - fully explained what he was going to do and even apologised for giving me an injection which he knows I don't like but was necessary. I am considering having an implant and he took the time to fully explain the procedure and my options. The reception staff are always welcoming and so friendly

Paul Cassidy and his nurse were welcoming and detailed exactly what would happen during my appointment. Paul always comes to the front of the chair to talk to me and this is appreciated as in previous practices the dentist talks to the back of your head.The fitting of my new denture took place without problem and Paul,advised me of the probably issues that could arise whilst the denture settled in and that if I needed I could revisit him if I experience and problems.
