Andy and Kate are the dream team, like clockwork. Both greets me well, explained the treatment, did some X-rays to check all is well. Then off then went like an Aston Martin!, they are amazing, so professional, and they work together like they are telepathic. Then showed and discussed my X-rays. Andy, yes a friend, but he is gold dust, his calmness and ability is second to none.

I have a real fear of Dentists but over last 8 months of treatment Andy has always put me at ease and while I still feel anxious, I have been able to overcome many of my fears.

Paul took time to check my teeth and reassured me the tooth was fine. Took an x-ray to confirmNo issues and spent time explaining the x-ray to give reassurance

I had an issue causing me discomfort and the Dr and nurse duplicated I needed to get to the source of it and did so with care and expertise.

Was let down by last minute cancellation by Hygienist for long arranged appointment for Sat 6/12/25. Helpful admin staff helped find alternative appointment for 2 days later with Jenna. Was very pleased with her care and professional attention.

My treatment was, as always, carried out considerately and professionally. I felt I had had a thorough checkup and that my teeth had been provided with excellent care.

Everyone was so helpful to.me. I am 94 and had an emergency. A back tooth had fractured and exposed a metal pin.Paul gave me good advice and covered the pin with a strong filler excellent result thank.you so much.

All the staff members (Receptionist, hygienist, nurse and Dr) I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. It’s a relaxed atmosphere that I appreciate.

All staff are lovely. My daughter was booked for an extraction. She was put at ease as was a little nervous. The nurse was lovely, everything was explained. The procedure was pain free for her and she was even laughing afterwards
